Yuzu is a unique Japanese citrus prized for its bright aroma, floral notes, and refreshing tartness — often described as a blend of mandarin, grapefruit, and lemon.

At Ninetrees, we grow yuzu in Gisborne and use real fruit across our products, from fresh citrus to our award-winning soda.

Founded by Masa Takahashi and Elliot Callender, Ninetrees is a boutique citrus grower based in Gisborne. From orchard care to harvest, we're hands-on in every step of the process.
